  • Understand that all projects are subject to approval by Barny Branding Co. before production begins.

3. Orders and Project Requests

  • All orders must be submitted via our website order form or through approved communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp).

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate details of their project, including:

    • Full Name

    • Company Name (optional)

    • Phone Number

    • Email (optional)

    • Address

    • Project description

    • Reference images or files if applicable

  • Once an order is submitted, our team will review the project, clarify details if necessary, and provide a confirmation.

  • Barny Branding Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time if the order violates any applicable law, is unclear, or cannot be reasonably fulfilled.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing for services may vary due to the custom nature of projects, quantity, materials, and complexity. Price ranges are provided as a guide.

  • A minimum 70% downpayment is required to initiate production. The remaining balance is payable upon notification of project completion.

  • Prices are subject to change only if the project scope changes or additional requests are made.

  • Payment is accepted via approved methods on our website. Transactions are processed securely.

  • Opportunities for negotiation may exist depending on the size, materials, and complexity of the order.

5. Project Production and Delivery

  • Production begins only after confirmation of the downpayment.

  • Projects will be delivered to the address provided, either physically or digitally.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by production requirements, shipping delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Barny Branding Co. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Risk of loss or damage during shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Revisions and Approval

  • We provide revisions within the agreed scope of the project.

  • Requests for additional revisions outside the initial agreement may incur extra charges.

  • Customers must review and approve all proofs, drafts, and prototypes before final production.

  • Once approval is given, Barny Branding Co. proceeds with production, and no further changes will be accommodated without additional cost.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled before production begins, and refunds may be issued minus any transaction fees or administrative costs.

  • Once production begins, cancellations may not qualify for full refunds due to the custom nature of branding services.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the stage of project completion and at the discretion of Barny Branding Co.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, templates, and branding materials created by Barny Branding Co. remain the property of the company until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership rights of the delivered project are transferred to the customer for their specific use.

  • Customers may not resell or redistribute our proprietary designs or templates without written consent.

  • Any logos, graphics, or branding elements provided by the customer must not violate third-party intellectual property rights.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate, clear, and detailed project information.

  • Customers must respond promptly to requests for clarification or approvals.

  • Barny Branding Co. is not liable for errors, delays, or additional costs caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the customer.

  • Customers agree not to submit requests that violate Nigerian law or are offensive, inappropriate, or illegal.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Barny Branding Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • While we strive for quality, timely delivery, and accuracy, delays, errors, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

  • Liability is strictly limited to the value of the specific project or service purchased.

11. Privacy

  • All customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which details how personal information is collected, stored, used, and protected.

  • By placing an order, customers consent to the collection and use of their data for processing and fulfilling orders.
